Shoots partnered up with Sagebrush Board Bags to create a collaborative assortment of unique board bags. Each board bag is hand sewn in Southern California using a Shoots Earth Tone Casa rug and recycled coffee bean sacks. Sagebrush Board Bags is an environmentally responsible brand that prides itself on the repurposing of all the materials used to construct each bag, this means that each bag has a distinct look and no two are alike. Each bag is lined with durable, recycled fabric that protects the surfboard from high heat delamination, Chinese wax-jobs, and transit-provoked dings.  The Shoots Earth Tone Casa Board Bags are available in two different sizes, 6'2" and 9'11", at the North Park Flagship store and online. Watu is a modern interpretation of an ancient story about the first Polynesian visitors to make contact with North America. They were received by the Native people but after expressing their hopes of one day returning home, the indigenous community created a rainbow bridge for them. Some Polynesians stayed while the rest crossed the rainbow bridge back to their homeland.  In this short film, two Native Hawaiians also exhibit the same yearning for a sense of place as their ancestors did so long ago. Hearing the story, they search for this "rainbow bridge." During their search, what they find is the ocean.
