Over the past year we’ve gotten to know Jenn and Parker Ellenburg (pictured above) the cofounders of Eroix. They set out a mission to redefine the notion of underwear and they recently launched a campaign to kickstart their efforts. With a mission to inspire creativity and individuality, every watch is designed in the Breda studio from the initial inspiration and sourcing, to prototype and final design. Breda have modernized the classic elements of a traditional watch and and brought us a timepiece with great design for a little less dime.
For the past 30 years, Hilo based Sig Zane has been designing Aloha Shirts that tell an authentic Hawaiian story. An avid surfer, fisherman and hula practitioner, Sig Zane is committed to perpetuating Hawaiian culture in everything he does. His handmade illustrations of native Hawaiian plants have garnered a cult like following for Sig Zane Designs in Hawaii and throughout the rest of the world. Sig Zane will be exhibiting at the Interisland Trading Post at the Surfjack on June 4th. We’re honored to be moderating a conversation between Sig Zane and Brandy-Alia Serikaku of Sig Zane Designs, Joseph Serrao and Napali Souza of Salvage Public, and Kyle Spencer of Slowtide.
Join us as we address a myriad of topics including culture, sustainability, and technology from a Hawaiian designer’s perspective. We’ll be kicking things off on Friday night at 6:30pm and we hope to see you there.

Aloha Beach Club and Olive + Oliver present the Interisland Trading Post, an annual marketplace focused on well made goods and the Hawaiian based designers and curators behind them. The inaugural Interisland Trading Post will be a curated open to the public marketplace for makers and craftsmen to showcase and sell ethically and excellently manufactured products with a purpose. This initial event is geared around building a community of creatively driven young professionals in Honolulu amongst attendees and exhibitors, while instituting Hawaii as a cultural hub for tastemakers within the fashion and apparel industries.
