Destin Cretton is a film maker from Haiku, Maui and a long time friend of ours. We were more than enthused when he asked us to help style what would be his first featured film entitled:
I Am Not a Hipster. As the winner of the Jury Prize at
Sundance in 2009, for his film
Short Term 12 we knew Destin's next project was going to be anything but typical.

With our hometown San Diego as the backdrop, the film revolves around the life of a talented singer-songwriter named Brook (played by Dominic Bogart), and is a fairly accurate representation of the San Diego music scene and the neighborhood in which Aloha Sunday operates. The film premiered at the Sundance Film Festival
this past week.

Canines, composed by
Joel P. West, and performed by Bogart for the film.
