Slowtide saw a category that had been ignored and overlooked. From dyeing fabrics, mixing paints, manipulating pixels and collaborating with artists and photographers, Slowtide created a new medium for art; the beach canvas.
Based in Hawaii and California, Slowtide is a melting pot of the minds and ties together a sentiment for the water and art.
We've been friends and supporters of Slowtide since day one and we're stoked to have them exhibiting at the Interisland Trading Post on Saturday June 4, 2016 at the Surfjack Hotel and Swim Club. Co-founder and creative director, Kyle Spencer will also be one of our esteemed panel members at the Talk Story session on June 3, 2016 (this Friday).
